Just Love Coffee boasts a one-of-a-kind menu that features a wide variety of tasty innovations and playful takes on traditional dishes, ranging from healthy to decadent, inclusive of all diet types from meat-loving to vegetarian, and customizable to satisfy every customer. With just a few ingredients, Just Love Coffee offers everything from breakfast staples (omelets and breakfast burritos) to lunchtime fare — such as nine sandwiches and wraps, including our Classic Club Sandwich, Grilled Italian Caprese and Jive Turkey Wrap.
Other than our four savory salads, all our menu items are cooked to perfection on a waffle iron — ensuring that they taste great and have an instantly recognizable look that encourages our customers to share photos of our food on their social media platforms.
“We really wanted to create a menu that was unique to us,” says Rob Webb, CEO and founder of Just Love Coffee. “There aren’t very many coffee shops that offer a full breakfast and lunch menu, and I cannot think of one that cooks their food on a waffle iron instead of a full kitchen. That makes us not only unique, but also immediately playful and fun in the eyes of customers. This encourages them to come back because we’re the only place where they can get food that looks as fun and tastes as great. It also encourages them to share our food on Instagram or Facebook, because it really is that unique. We’re really proud that we could invent a menu as share-friendly as ours is on social media.”

Replacing the need for a full kitchen with a waffle iron was Rob’s brilliant idea. He knew that for his brand to succeed, Just Love Coffee needed a menu that was one-of-a-kind, but also easy to implement and cost-effective in the long term for franchisees.
“When I discovered that a waffle iron could be used for more than making waffles, a light bulb went off,” Rob says. “I knew that this could be tremendously effective for a lot of different reasons: 1) Our franchisees would not need build to full kitchens in their coffee shops, helping to keep the footprint low while also forgoing the need to hire chefs and kitchen staff, which helps keep overhead low. 2) Utilizing the waffle iron means that food would be simple to make and fast to prepare, increasing customer satisfaction. 3) Having a full breakfast and lunch menu would substantially increase the average ticket prices, making our franchisees more profitable. This has turned out to be true, as our average ticket is now between $10 and $12 at all of our locations.”
